Advanced Cinematic Documentary Shooting Den Lennie - Los Angeles

Advanced Cinematic Documentary Shooting – 2 day class (6 Attendees only)

As clients become more savvy and expect more polished corporate films, shooting cinematic Documentary is a high impact style and can be achieved without huge production costs.

This means you can produce a cinema experience with minimal crew.

You can also do it quickly if you are nimble and have the right shooting set up.

Den Lennie stared his career in TV news and he attributes much of his current shooting style and success to that base training. “news training taught me the importance of making quick decisions and working fast. Also to think in terms of editorial and visual story. When you work in news you never have any time – so when you get the opportunity to set up a shot you work twice as fast as anyone else, and you understand light because you have likely filmed in so many different environments.”
Advanced Cinematic Documentary shooting is a focussed class on how to achieve high production value while shooting on large format camcorders that don’t at first look seem suited to this style of shooting. Course details:

This is a hands on practical class where you will shoot under the guidance of Den Lennie.
