      WHAT TO EXPECT: Full Body Workout!

      This beach bootcamp is "all level" - your chance to get in great shape and reach your health goals!

      Get a Total Body Workout to reach your goals! Personal trainers oversee all workouts.

      -Cardiovascular & Endurance
      -Weight & resistance training
      -Reach new muscle groups
      -Abs & core strength
      -Athletic ability & coordination with beach games: Dodge ball, frisbee, volleyball

      No fees for the workouts – the first 30 people to RSVP receive a 30-day All Access Pass!! We are looking for people who want to lose weight, get toned or take athletic performance to the next level and most of all HAVE FUN!

      Progress will be measured and charted at our nutrition center throughout the 30 days, including weight loss (or gain if that's the goal) & body fat loss.

      WHERE: Santa Monica Beach! Hollister and the beach!

      WHEN: Tue/Thurs 7:30am- 8:30am AND Sundays 9-10am

      BRING: Workout Clothes, Water, Towel, 1$ for parking and a SMILE
