      This 2.5 hour workshop will provide hands-on training so you'll have the opportunity to set up these tools and start using them right away.

      Optimize your brand’s social presence to meet your goals. Learn the latest reporting methods and tools for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Google+. Learn best practices for these social channels and how to use Google Analytics social reporting to compare performance across channels.

      After this workshop, you will know how to:

      • Use Facebook Insights to better understand changes in Facebook’s Edgerank algorithm and to optimize your posts.
      • Access analytics for every single tweet you post.
      • Pin on Pinterest to reach more people, maximize traffic to your site, and set up their new analytics.
      • Monitor growth on Instagram and attract more followers.
      • Access YouTube analytics to find out what your audience likes and use what you learn to maximize impact with the customers you want.
      • Use Google+ Ripples to analyze social data.
      • Determine which social channels are driving the most traffic to your site and which ones are converting the most sales.
      Requirements Please bring your own laptop to this workshop. 

      Instructor: Trina Albus

      Trina Albus is a seasoned technology strategist with 15+ years of career experience, including 7 years in social media. She currently provides social strategy and product development consulting for a roster of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and tech clients in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Trina is very active in the Los Angeles tech community, serving as a mentor at Launchpad LA and Amplify and as an advisor to local start ups. In addition, Trina is a contributor to Financial Times Press book, 33 Million People in the Room: How to Create, Influence, and Run a Successful Business with Social Networking. She has been involved with Social Media Week since 2009, serving as an Advisory Board member and speaker at Social Media Week New York and Los Angeles.
