      In this class we will cover the necessary tools and measures startups must take to manage their finances. Taught by startup finance veteran David Ehrenberg, we will be covering the following:

      • Accounting prior and post funding
      • Taxes
      • Accounting systems and software
      • Accounts Payable
      • Collecting
      • Payroll
      • Financial projections

      David Ehrenberg is the CEO and founder of Early Growth Financial Services. EGFS specializes in helping early stage companies manage their financials. His clients include companies such as Klout, Zendesk, and Formspring.  At Abound Logic David was the company’s first CFO and was an integral part of building the company’s finance and administrative infrastructure. At Radiant Research David was the VP of Finance and was responsible for selling the company in two transactions and ensuring that the investors and management had a successful exit.
