Join us for a biweekly film discussion. This week we will be talking about The Miseducation of Cameron Post. Chloë Grace Moretz stars in this 2018 film based on Emily M. Danforth’s acclaimed novel. In 1993, Cameron is sent by her family to a gay conversion therapy center. Struggling with her identity and how she feels about herself, while also receiving pressure and negative messages from the center’s adults, Cameron slowly comes of age. The Miseducation of Cameron Post won the Grand Jury Prize at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.
